2. Term

The term of this agreement is from the Agreement Start Date until the Agreement End Date or the completion of services, unless terminated earlier as provided herein. Unless expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, Crew Member’s engagement hereunder shall not be for a “run of show” or for any guaranteed period of engagement in regard to hours, days, or weeks. A workweek shall be defined as five (5) days

3. Suspension of Term/Force Majeure

The Company may suspend or terminate this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or labour strikes. If a scheduled job is cancelled on the day of service delivery and the freelancer is made aware on-the-ground, the Freelancer must promptly notify the project manager at Cande Group. 

4. Confidentiality and NDA

The Freelancer agrees to keep all Production-related information (including but not limited to scripts, budgets, stills, and videos) strictly confidential and will not disclose or discuss any Production or Project details with third parties without prior written approval. The Freelancer also agrees not to share any images or videos on social media without prior written consent. The Freelancer must comply with the NDA attached to this agreement, which remains in effect indefinitely beyond the Term of this agreement.

5. Entire Agreement

This Deal Memo forms part of the Freelancer Agreement between the parties and sets out the specific terms for the project detailed here, including the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and payment. If there is any inconsistency between this Deal Memo and the Freelancer Agreement, the terms of this Deal Memo will take precedence for this particular project.
